We weren’t terribly exciting with our recipes for week 2 of our Community Sponsored Agriculture Share.
We got asparagus, lettuce, spinach, strawberries, and Swiss chard.
The strawberries disappeared shortly after we got them home. Asparagus was sauteed for dinner, lettuce went into salads and the spinach & Swiss chard were used along with canned artichokes for hot dip that we took to a potluck along with pita chips. There was a recipe for Garlicky Swiss Chard & Chickpeas that I’ll try and then post here the next time we get chard.
